Q. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season dates. Many couples reserve their date 6–12 months in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever availability allows.

Q. Where do you perform?

Save the Date Music is based in Wake Forest, NC, and we serve Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Durham, and surrounding areas including across North Carolina. Travel outside this area is available upon request and may include a travel fee.

Q. Do you provide sound equipment?

Yes. We provide professional sound equipment as needed.

Q. What is required to reserve my date?

A signed contract and retainer are required to officially reserve your date. Once both are received, your event is fully secured on our calendar.

We understand that event timelines can evolve. We are happy to accommodate reasonable schedule adjustments whenever possible.
