Jaimi Grether – Director & Violinist
Jaimi is excited to follow in the footsteps of Mary Greiner and Katherine Stalberg, stepping into the role of Director of Save the Date Music. With 25+ years of experience as a performer, she brings energy and dedication to curating unforgettable live music for weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations.
A classically trained violinist, Jaimi has performed in a wide range of musical settings, from substituting with the North Carolina Symphony to delivering dynamic R&B, pop, hip-hop, Bollywood, Celtic, and film music for luxury events. Her orchestral work includes performances with the North Carolina Opera, Carolina Ballet, Carolina Philharmonic, Tar River Orchestra, Raleigh Symphony, Long Bay Symphony, Durham Symphony, and Fayetteville Symphony. She has also appeared onstage with international artists such as Andrea Bocelli, Michael W. Smith, and A.R. Rahman.
Jaimi is passionate about bringing each client’s musical vision to life with elegance, creativity, and genuine care.
Her violin studies began at age nine under the guidance of Xiao-Guang Zhu, Emma Rubinstein, and Brian Reagin. She expanded her training through summer studies with Daniel Vega-Albela at Interlochen Arts Camp, Kati Sebestyen at Académie Musicale de Morges, and Gerardo Ribeiro at Meadowmount School of Music.
Jaimi holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kettering College, a foundation that enriches her work with a deep sense of empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
