Bay 7 used to be a tobacco warehouse in Durham, but it now serves as a rental space for weddings and parties! It’s in the middle of the American Tobacco Campus and is known for it’s large space and it’s upscale rustic look of century-old brick and wood.

What they offer: With 10,000 square feet of space, his warehouse can hold a whooping 400 guests! That makes it one of the biggest non-hotel venues in the Triangle. They provide a full kitchen that is catered by Angus Barn. There is a brides room, stage, as well as a private elevator.
