Watermelon Jolly Rancher Margarita
2 oz. (60ml) Watermelon Jolly Rancher Tequila
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
Garnish: Salt and Sugar Rim/Lime Wheel
PREPARATION
1. Create jolly rancher tequila by dropping candies into a small bottle and filling with tequila. Allow to infuse overnight.
2. Rim edge of glass with lime juice and a mixture of salt and sugar. Set aside.
3. In an ice filled glass combine watermelon jolly rancher tequila, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake well to mix.
4. Strain mix into prepared glass and garnish with a lime wheel

Tipsy Mermaid Rum Punch
- 8 oz spiced rum (like Captain Morgan)
- 4 oz coconut rum
- 24 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz fresh lime juice
- splash of blue curacao
- lime slices, for garnish
- light corn syrup, for garnish
- sugars, for garnish
- ice cubes

To a large pitcher, add spiced rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice and lime juice. Stir to combine.

To a small plate, add a drizzle of light corn syrup. To a second small plate, add various sugars (I did a combination of white, green and blue). Dip rims of glasses in corn syrup, then in the sugars to coat the rim.

Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and a few lime slices, add a splash of blue curacao to the bottom of the glass. Top with rum mixture and garnish glasses with a slice of lime.

Georgia Peach Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz coconut rum
2 oz peach schnapps
2 oz vodka
4 oz ginger ale
Fresh peach slices
Directions:
Pour all ingredients, except for the ginger ale, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, strain and pour into 2 chilled martini glasses. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a sweet and juicy peach slice.

- 5 mint leaves
- 2 oz rum
- 2 oz simple syrup
- juice from 1 blood orange
- juice from 1/2 lime
- juice from 1/4 cup fresh raspberries (mash raspberries and strain to remove the seeds)
- sparkling water
- ice

In a tall glass place mint leaves and rum. Muddle for a minute, but don’t break leaves. Remove or leave the mint leaves in the glass.

Add ice to fill the glass.

Add simple syrup, blood orange juice, lime juice and raspberry juice. Stir.

Top with sparkling water.

Strawberry Rose Sangria
- 2 (750 ml) bottles rosé wine
- 2 cups strawberry vodka
- 5 cups lemon-lime soda
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 20 fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine wine, vodka, and 1/2 of the strawberries. Taste for sweetness and add sweetener if necessary, and stir.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 6.

Just before serving, add Sprite, the rest of strawberries and gently stir.

Serve over ice with strawberry garnish.

- ¼ tsp vanilla
- Honey and coconut flakes for garnish (opt)
- Pour your Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum, half and half and vanilla over ice in your shaker.

- Dip the rim of your martini glass in honey and then in coconut flakes for garnish
